I originally created this site for the purpose of showcasing some of my artwork, and getting myself more established as an artist. My artwork is popular where I live (a small town of about 900) but I certainly needed to expand my reach to make myself more accessible, since the nearest gallery is hundreds of miles away. Hence, the idea for a website was born.
I soon realized that I had to learn a lot to get my work seen online. It actually takes a lot of time and effort, time which I could be spending on my artwork. My intent with this space is to log my experiences online. I would also like to help others to avoid the cumbersome and tedious efforts to find places to display and be noticed.
